Renovations to the 101 one-bedroom apartments include: all new windows, a new roof, new HVAC systems, new carpeting, new kitchens and baths, including the installation of dishwashers, garbage disposals, cabinets and appliances and a new wellness room and computer room/library in the building’s community space.
The project was recently renovated with financial assistance from state and county funds; the Baltimore County Office of Community Conservation provided a $500,000 grant and a $500,000 loan to the project. Park View at Catonsville is a Shelter Group property.
