- Facts about Sewage Collection and Pumping
Baltimore County's well-maintained sewage system successfully handles about 40 billion gallons per year through its network of 3,000 miles of pipeline, 111 pumping stations, and 90,000 manholes. Some 99.98 percent of the wastewater handled by the system is pumped safely to wastewater treatment plants, without incident.

- Metropolitan District Financing and Petitions
This program is responsible for administering the petition process for health related and citizenfinanced projects such as sewer and water extensions and connections, and alley improvements.

- Water Issues
The County provides answers to common questions about water conservation, water main repairs, water bills, water meters, water pressure, and fire hydrant use.
