Baltimore County's only landfill, Eastern Sanitary Landfill, is already half full. We can preserve the life of the County's landfill by recycling as much as possible and reducing our waste.
On Sunday, June 28, 2008, the Northwest Area Recycling Center will permanently close due to dumping. The drop-off center, currently located next to the Liberty Road Volunteer Fire Station, 10010 Liberty Road at Deer Park Road in Randallstown, will not be relocated.

Baltimore County is in the process of distributing new trash and recycling collection schedules to residents. If your trash/recycling collection schedule is about to expire, you do not need to request a new schedule. A new schedule will be automatically mailed to you. Residents can download the County's trash/recycling information guide and request a copy of their current trash/recycling collection schedule.
Baltimore County Residents can drop off their electronics for recycling at the Baltimore County Resource Recovery Facility, Monday through Saturday, 7 a.m. to 4 p.m.
