BCSTAT is Baltimore County Government’s data-driven performance management program. Developed to foster a data-driven culture, BCSTAT supports the administration and individual departments to implement data-driven management by creating accountability, improving performance, ensuring data quality and increasing government transparency. We also work with community partners to provide data access, analysis and data visualizations to support community needs.
