Residential Transition Area (RTA) buffer in lieu of the required 50 ft. from the tract boundary per Section 1B01.1.B.1.e(2), BCZR. To permit 0% Amenity Open Space of the interior of the parking lot as pervious land in association with plantings in lieu of the required 7% per Section 204.4.C.6; anything else that the Administrative Law Judge may deem necessary.
