Open Enrollment is the time to search for your best and least expensive Prescription Drug Plan for 2024. Baltimore County State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) has trained counselors to assist you in-person and over the phone with evaluating your Part D plan choices.

Please bring the following to your appointment:

* List of your prescriptions (dosage and frequency)                                                      * Your Medicare and other healthcare insurance cards

Directions From Bel Air: (approximate drive time - 40 minutes)

I 95 (South) to I 695 (South - Essex).  I 695 to exit 39 Merritt Blvd.  Merritt Blvd to Holabird Avenue.  Turn Right onto Holabird Avenue.  The Ateaze Senior Center is approximately ¼ mile on the left (it is an old school).

From Frederick: (approximate drive time - 55 minutes)

I 70 (East) to I 695 (South/East - Glen Burnie).  I 695 to I 95 (North (Baltimore/New York).  Go through the Fort McHenry Tunnel.  I 95 to Dundalk Avenue (Bear Right onto Dundalk Avenue).  Turn Left onto Holabird Avenue.  The Ateaze Senior Center is approximately 1 mile on the right (It is an old school).

From Annapolis: (approximate drive time - 45 minutes)

I 97 (North) to I 895 (North/East).  Go through the old Harbor Tunnel.  I 895 to Holabird Avenue (first exit) Proceed straight ahead.  The Ateaze Senior Center is approximately 2 miles on the right (It is an old school).
