coc Healthy Eating for Successful Living

Healthy Eating for Successful Living is six 2-hour sessions designed to promote heart and bone health as well as aid in the prevention and management of chronic health conditions through goal setting and nutrition education. Participants learn what tools and resources are available to them.

Directions: Take Baltimore Beltway I-695 to I-83 North to Exit 18, Warren Road (note: there is no exit going south on I-83). Follow Warren Road approximately 1.3 miles to York Road. Turn left onto York Road then right on Bosley Avenue. Center is behind Warren Place apartments (former Cockeysville Elementary School.) Entrance is in rear of facility.
