edgemere Food for Thought: Recipes to Feed Your Brain

A cooking demonstration to learn how nutrition impacts brain health (memory, cognition and mood); learn specific nutrients and dietary patterns that protect the brain; learn how to prepare meals and snacks. 

Demonstration includes: a brain boosting berry smoothie, warm and cozy oatmeal and granola with a twist. 

Address: 6600 North Point Road, Baltimore, Maryland, 21219

Directions: From the North: Take I-695 south towards Dundalk. Merge onto North Point Blvd/ MD-151 S via Exit 42 toward Sparrows Point. Turn Left onto MD-158 E (Bethlehem Blvd.) Stay straight to go onto North Point Rd. Go two blocks and turn left at the center, a red brick structure. The main entrance is in the front of the building. From the South and West: Take I-695 east towards Dundalk. Take the MD-158 (Bethlehem Blvd) exit, Exit 43, toward MD-157 (Peninsula Expressway.) Turn slight right. Turn left onto MD-158 E (Bethlehem Blvd.) Stay Straight to go onto North Point Rd. Go two blocks and turn left at the center, a red brick structure.
