Open Enrollment is the time to search for your best and least expensive Prescription Drug Plan for 2024. Baltimore County State Health Insurance Program (SHIP) has trained counselors to assist you in-person and over the phone with evaluating your Part D plan choices.

Please bring the following to your appointment:

* List of your prescriptions (dosage and frequency)                                                      * Your Medicare and other healthcare insurance cards

Directions: Baltimore Beltway I-695 to Exit 36 (left exit) - Essex (702 South).  Follow 702 to 150 West exit (Essex - Eastern Avenue).  Proceed to the fourth (4th) traffic light and turn right (Woodward Dr.).  Go one block to Dorsey Avenue.  Center is on the corner on the right.
