From the West (Towson): Take I-695 to Exit 31B Carney. Stay on Harford Rd 1/2 mile and turn right onto Joppa Rd. Stay on Joppa Rd for 2 miles and turn left onto Seven Courts Dr. Proceed 1/4 mile to senior center on left.
