Alcohol and Nutrition

Alcohol Awareness Month is an opportunity for the consumer to be up-to-date on the adverse effects of alcohol misuse on health and society. According to the National Institute on Alcohol Abuse (NIAA), over time, excessive alcohol consumption can lead to the development of chronic diseases and other serious issues that affect your quality of life, physical and mental health. We cover the following topics:
