Every year, Medicare Part D plans are allowed to change their premiums, deductibles, formularies, pharmacy contracts and tier structure. Therefore, it is imperative to be proactive during the annual open enrollment period from October 15 - December 7. This presentation will review the Medicare.gov Medicare Plan Finder tool and how you can do your own Part D research and enrollment.

Directions: Take I-695, Exit 34 (Route 7 - Philadelphia Rd) and bear right towards Rosedale. Proceed one mile on Philadelphia Rd until you see a yellow traffic sign on the right side of the road showing Neighbors Ave as an immediate left turn. Turn left onto Neighbors Ave and proceed 1 1/2 blocks. Rosedale Senior Center and the parking lot are located on the left side of the road just after the residential houses.
