Appeal of Administrative Law Judge decision regarding Civil Citation Number CC2215930 for failure to remove all trash and debris from property, remove accumulations of debris and materials, remove open dump and/or junk yard condition, remove or properly tag untagged recreational vehicles, limit property to one recreational vehicle, remove all outside storage of unlicensed and/or inoperable motor vehicles. Administrative Law Judge found violations as listed above and ordered a civil penalty in the amount of $5,000.00, and ordered property to be brought into compliance by June 9, 2023.
