Self-Help Office
• The Self-Help Office will be opening late at 1 p.m. on Thursday, November 7.
• All virtual drop-in meetings and one-on-one appointments are currently suspended until further notice.
The Circuit Court for Baltimore County Self-Help Office is closed every day from noon to 1 p.m., and accepts walk-ins Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., on a first-come, first-served basis. We are in the County Courts Building, second floor Law Library (rear), 401 Bosley Avenue, Towson, Maryland 21204. The Law Library staff is available on Wednesdays to provide limited Family Law assistance.
SERVICES
The Office can:
- Help with Family Law court forms, which may be obtained at the Clerk’s Office or through the Maryland Judiciary. Learn more about electronic filing.
- Explain Family Law court processes
- Help you open, answer or move your Family Law case forward. Check the status of your case.
The Office cannot:
- Give legal advice
- File paperwork for you
- Represent you in court
