Important Notices
• All virtual drop-in meetings and one-on-one appointments are currently suspended until further notice.
The Circuit Court for Baltimore County Self-Help Office accepts walk-ins Monday-Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., on a first-come, first-served basis. We are in the County Courts Building, second floor Access to Justice Resource Center (formerly Law Library), 401 Bosley Avenue, Towson, Maryland 21204.
SERVICES
The Office can:
- Help with Family Law court forms, which may be obtained at the Clerk’s Office or through the Maryland Judiciary. Learn more about electronic filing.
- Explain Family Law court processes
- Help you open, answer or move your Family Law case forward. Check the status of your case.
The Office cannot:
- Give legal advice
- File paperwork for you
- Represent you in court
TYPES OF ASSISTANCE
