The Group is comprised of community members, service providers and faith leaders throughout the County who serve immigrants.
The New Americans Task Force was established to develop a plan for immigrant integration and inclusion that addresses the social and economic challenges in the County's immigrant community.
Immigrant Affairs Commission
The Immigrant Affairs Commission serves in an advisory capacity to the County government as a means to advocate for immigrant voices to be heard and understood, while acknowledging issues of importance to all immigrants. The Commission also facilitates the creation of solutions to support civic engagement and equitable access to all County resources.
