Baltimore County Offices to Open at 10 a.m. on Tuesday, January 7
TOWSON—Baltimore County government will open at 10 a.m. with liberal leave in effect for employees on Tuesday, January 7.
County employees who are authorized to telework may do so beginning at 10 a.m., and essential employees must report on time.
Regular trash pickup and recycling services will resume on Tuesday. The Eastern Sanitary Landfill, Central Acceptance Facility and Western Acceptance Facility will resume normal operations. CountyRide service will be available on a limited basis and the Towson Loop Circulator will begin operating at 10 a.m.
All branches of the Baltimore County Public Library will open at 1 p.m.
Baltimore County Recreation and Parks facilities will be open to the public and programs cancelled. Senior Centers will be closed.
County freezing weather shelters will be operational and due to the expected sustained low temperatures will remain open during the day throughout the day on Tuesday.
