West Baltimore County Redevelopment Authority
Per Council Bill 4-23, for the purpose of establishing the membership of the West Baltimore County Redevelopment Authority (WBCRA), 11 members will be appointed by Baltimore County from a slate of individuals prepared by the ex-officio members of the Authority and approved by a majority vote of the ex-officio members. The WBCRA will have the power to make recommendations to the County to acquire, develop, redevelop or dispose of certain land or property in west Baltimore County, which is the geographic area between Liberty Road, Baltimore National Pike, Rolling Road, and the City/County boundary.
