Construction includes roadway widening, storm drain and inlet installation, curb and gutter, and sidewalk. Overall construction is expected to last approximately one year at a cost of $6 million; however, two-way traffic will be maintained throughout the duration of the construction. By phasing the maintenance of traffic, the need to use flaggers will be nominal. Extensive temporary signage to direct traffic and allow temporary shifts during the phased construction are included. This project is one percent complete.
