HOMICIDE VICTIM, 2012
At 10:29 a.m. on June 10, 2012, a bicyclist discovered the body of 33-year-old Janell Balogun along River Road near Frederick Road in Catonsville. Janell was laying behind a short wall adjacent to the road. An autopsy determined that Janell's death was a result of trauma to the upper body.
