Arrest Made in White Marsh Investigation
On Monday November 4, 2024 detectives with the Baltimore County White Marsh Police Precinct arrested and charged 42-year-old Nicholas Fioravanti. Through their investigation, detectives determined Fioravanti placed recording devices inside two areas of his home including a bedroom and bathroom. Fioravanti, who was a volunteer soccer coach in the Perry Hall and White Marsh area, has been charged with privilege prurient intent and visual surveillance (private area). The victim was underage at the time of these crimes. If anyone has additional information or believes that they may be a victim of Fioravanti, please contact the police department at 410-887-5000.
Fioravanti is currently being held without bail at the Baltimore County Detention Center.
