On Sunday, April 21, 2024, at approximately 3:00 p.m., officers from the Parkville Precinct responded to a homicide that occurred in the Unit Block of Whitelaw Place, 21236. When officers arrived on the scene, they located 26-year-old Shakeia Allen suffering from multiple gunshot wounds. Detectives from the Baltimore County Police Department’s Homicide Unit are requesting the public’s help to locate 24-year-old Amir Johnson who is wanted in reference to this case.
