CACU Detectives Are Seeking Public’s Help

Detectives from the Baltimore County Police Department’s Crimes Against Children Unit are requesting the public’s help to locate Javier Antonio Rivera who is wanted in reference to sex abuse of a minor & conducting visual surveillance with prurient intent.

Information may be provided anonymously through Metro Crime Stoppers at 1-866-756-2587. Metro Crime Stoppers which is an organization that is separate from the Baltimore County Police Department and Baltimore County Government offers rewards for information in connection with felony offenses.
