Barbara Jean Manns

HOMICIDE VICTIM, 1999

At 7:01 p.m., on November 10, 1999, police responded to a call for a cardiac arrest and found 55-year-old Barbara Manns deceased inside her home at 7135 Fairbrook Road, 21228. Manns had sustained severe trauma to her body.

It was believed that Mrs. Manns had only been home from work a short period of time before her husband found her injured. There were signs in the home indicating a burglary had occurred. Additionally, Mrs. Mann's vehicle, a green 1999 Chevrolet Cavalier was missing and recovered five days later in the 2400 block of Winchester Street in Baltimore City. 

REWARD OFFERED

Anyone with information regarding this case may be eligible for a cash reward of up to $2,000.
