Join us to debut the Baltimore County COVID-19 Memorial Public Art Project at Lake Roland Park with Baltimore County Executive Johnny Olszewski, State and Local Elected Officials and Artist James Dinh. The COVID-19 Memorial is located near the playground in Lake Roland Park.
