2025 summer camps
Baltimore County offers exciting and enriching summer camp and drop-in program experiences designed to ignite your child's creativity, foster friendships and promote physical activity. Opportunities are tailored to children ages 4 to 14, with a wide range of themes to choose from, including nature exploration, arts and sports. The programs include therapeutic recreation options designed for children with disabilities.
Whether your child is an aspiring artist, a budding athlete, or a curious nature lover, our camps and programs provide hands-on activities, skill-building opportunities and plenty of outdoor adventures. We emphasize teamwork, personal growth, and fun in a safe and welcoming environment.
Spaces are limited, so be sure to register early before the programs fill up! Join us for a summer full of fun, learning and memories.
2025 Spring Break
Free programs are offered during Baltimore County Public Schools spring break—April 14 to 18—for children ages 6 to 17 at Baltimore County's 11 Recreation Activity Centers (RACs). The program operates as a drop-in, running from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. each day.
Themed "Around the World," students will participate in activities relating to a different country each day and prepare a passport with their experiences. Activities include crafts, sport, music, culture and recipes.

Rental and Reservation Requests
Pavilions and picnic sites can be rented for group events through CivicRec. At most sites, pavilions are open from May 1 to October 31. Rental requests for the 2025 season are available starting Monday, February 3.
Fields, gyms, courts, multipurpose rooms and other activity spaces can also be rented through CivicRec.
Requests must be submitted at least 14 days prior to the event and pavilion rentals fees must be paid at the time of the request.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR CREATING YOUR ACCOUNT
- Please enter the parent or adult's information first. The first person created on the account will be the default payer or head of household and must be an adult. The primary email address entered into the adult account will be assigned as the username.
- Fill in the form as completely as possible. Each field with an asterisk is mandatory to create an account. At least one emergency contact is required. Family members can be added to the account later in the registration process.
- To receive text alerts about class cancellations and facility closures, include both a cell phone number and the mobile carrier.
- Additional household members can be added and updated (such as spouse, children, etc.) at any time in the account settings. Important note: Entire households must be created on one account.

- Register for Recreation and Parks-directed programs on a computer or mobile device. All required prompts must be answered and registrants must agree to any waivers to complete registration.
- Submit documents on a mobile device. Some programs may require to submit additional documentation to complete registration.
- Pay balances online. Users or groups with large permits might have open balances.
