Some will refund a percentage of the entrance fee if the resident leaves, some do not. Depending on the type of contract that is signed, some communities provide unlimited nursing services, while others may limit the amount of nursing care before billing an additional charge. CCRC's are regulated by the Maryland Department of Aging.
