As an alternative to the Special Hearing relief, pursuant to BCZR, Section 1A01.3.B.2 to allow a lot with an area of 7,169 sq. ft. (0.165 acres) in lieu of the required 1 acre; for such other and further relief as may be required by the Administrative Law Judge for Baltimore County.
