Special Hearing to remove restriction #1 from the Board of Appeals opinion and order in Case 93-221-A prohibiting the property from being associated with the commercial fishing and crabbing business at 1326 Gooseneck Road and to amend the approved site plan to substitute a 30' x 65' utility shed in lieu of the previously approved 24'x 36' utility shed as shown on the previously approved site plan. To limit the use of the utility shed and lot for storage purposes only, with no commercial activity taking place on the property, as will be explained at the hearing. For such other and further relief as this cause may require.
