In the alternative, a variance from Section 1B041.1.B.1.e(5) for parking lot setbacks of 10 ft. and 29 ft. in lieu of 75 ft., building setbacks of 0 ft. and 29 ft. in lieu of 75 ft., and 0 ft. buffers in lieu of 50 ft. To approve any additional relief as determined necessary by the Administrative Law Judge.
