Collection Schedule
The collection of live Christmas trees for recycling in Baltimore County will take place over a two-week period, beginning Thursday, January 9. Pickup dates vary by location and are not scheduled in advance; residents must place trees out by Wednesday, January 15 to ensure collections. Christmas trees will not necessarily be collected on your scheduled trash or recycling day–please leave trees out until collection occurs.
Residents should place trees out for pick-up at the same location where they would normally place trash and recycling for collection. Be sure to set out live trees only, with no lights, decorations, tinsel, bags or tree stands. Residents in apartments or condominiums should consult their property manager to learn how to properly set out Christmas trees for recycling.

TIPS FOR FINDING YOUR COLLECTION SCHEDULE
To get started, please specify the property address for which you want a schedule. Enter the street address, zip code, and (when applicable) an apartment/unit number.
Once you've entered your address into the search box, your address or a related address will appear in the results. Select your address from the list of options.
Once the results have loaded, you will see options for the type of service, the day of the week when the service typically occurs and the date of the upcoming collection.
HOLIDAY COLLECTION SCHEDULE
All trash, recycling and yard material curbside collections scheduled on or after the holidays listed below will shift and be made one day later that week. For addresses on a twice-per-week trash schedule, the first trash collection during a holiday week will follow the rules outlined below, and the second trash collection will not occur.

The collections schedule provides results for Baltimore County properties only. If the property is located outside of Baltimore County, it will not appear. If your property is located within Baltimore County but is not found in our system, please call 410-887-2000 to obtain a schedule.
