Accessibility project
Work is expected to begin in May 2025 on a project to replace the existing pier, as well as add accessible parking and an accessible entry path. Completion is expected in Fall 2025.
Overflow Pipe Replacement Project

This project was initiated by a constituent concern regarding a clogged pipe and overflow into Lynch Cove. The initial scope was to unclog the pipe only. However, once the contractor had completed the work and monitored water levels to verify proper flow, it was noted that there was a bigger issue with the sizing and design of the intake pipe. It was determined that a civil consultant was needed to properly design a new pipe to make necessary repairs. A consultant was brought in to conduct the necessary studies, including determining the correct water level.
This project began in Fall 2024 and was completed in Spring 2025.
